The AFFA was founded in 1999 and has continued to grow within the community in which we play. From a tournament in Green Bay to weekly, year-round leagues in Appleton our league can be seen all around the Fox Valley and beyond. We travel with only the best teams and host the most popular tournaments in Wisconsin.

Our weekly Sunday 4 v 4 and 5 v 5 league teams will play 10 games in either competitive or recreational/coed divisions. The number one seed will be awarded a season discount for the following season, as well as the playoff winner. The top six teams advance to playoffs. If you’re interested in joining, contact us. 4 vs. 4 season - $275
7 vs. 7 season (Fall) - $550
7 vs. 7 season (Winter) - $615
4 vs. 4 late charge per week - $25
7 vs. 7 late charge per week - $45

In order to be guaranteed a spot for an upcoming season with The AFFA, we must receive your registration form and payment in full prior to the season's start. If teams do not pay by week two the weekly late charge will be assessed for each delinquent week resulting in no more than a charge of 4X the late fee. If a team fails to pay by week seven they will forfeit the remainder of the season.

Refunds shall be granted between the first and second week of the season for the reason of failing to establish enough players only. Refunds shall not be given after the second week unless gross misconduct exists by either a team or the members of The AFFA.
